Brigitte Pietranek

Brigitte is the Administrative Coordinator at Ravive Plastic Surgery, bringing over three years of experience in plastic surgery and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and enjoys being a helpful resource for both patients and the Ravive team. Outside of work, Brigitte is a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and flavors, staying active at the gym, and diving into self-growth books. One of her favorites is Atomic Habits by James Clear, which inspires her to keep growing both personally and professionally.

Lias Eleton

With over four years of experience in OB/GYN and aesthetic medicine, Lias brings both skill and heart to her role as a Medical Assistant. She’s known for her calm, attentive presence and strong attention to detail, helping create a smooth and supportive experience for every patient. Lias is passionate about patient care and takes pride in helping individuals feel confident and empowered throughout their journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her growing collection of plants, exploring her creative side through music and art, and spending time with her partner and their two puppies.

Ankit Bavishi

Ankit is the Director at Ravive Plastic Surgery, where he oversees the practice’s operations, strategy, and growth. With a background in investment banking and a passion for building businesses, he works behind the scenes to ensure the practice runs seamlessly and patients have an exceptional experience from their first call to their follow-up visits.

Outside of work, Ankit enjoys traveling with his family, discovering new restaurants around Tampa, and staying active. He’s always looking for ways to bring innovation and efficiency to the practice while keeping the patient experience at the heart of everything Ravive does.
