Stephanie Wert, PA-C

Stephanie Wert is our certified physician assistant at Ravive Plastic Surgery. With an extensive surgical background, including a prior surgical residency and experience in plastic surgery, she brings a comprehensive and meticulous understanding of the body to her practice.

Stephanie’s journey into aesthetics and longevity medicine is driven by a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and vitality from the inside out. She specializes in the exciting and evolving fields of longevity medicine, cellular regeneration, and regenerative aesthetics, utilizing a variety of advanced, non-surgical modalities.

Her approach is deeply personal. Stephanie believes in the power of individual choice and is committed to tailoring each patient’s journey to their unique biological needs and personal goals. She is also a passionate lifelong learner, which ensures her patients receive a well-rounded and up-to-date approach to wellness. When she’s not with patients, she loves to recenter by reading, walking Bayshore with friends and spending time in nature with her dog, Bojar.

Brigitte Pietranek

Brigitte is the Administrative Coordinator at Ravive Plastic Surgery, bringing over three years of experience in plastic surgery and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and enjoys being a helpful resource for both patients and the Ravive team. Outside of work, Brigitte is a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and flavors, staying active at the gym, and diving into self-growth books. One of her favorites is Atomic Habits by James Clear, which inspires her to keep growing both personally and professionally.

Ankit Bavishi

Ankit is the Director at Ravive Plastic Surgery, where he oversees the practice’s operations, strategy, and growth. With a background in investment banking and a passion for building businesses, he works behind the scenes to ensure the practice runs seamlessly and patients have an exceptional experience from their first call to their follow-up visits.

Outside of work, Ankit enjoys traveling with his family, discovering new restaurants around Tampa, and staying active. He’s always looking for ways to bring innovation and efficiency to the practice while keeping the patient experience at the heart of everything Ravive does.
