Brigitte Pietranek

Brigitte is the Administrative Coordinator at Ravive Plastic Surgery, bringing over three years of experience in plastic surgery and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and enjoys being a helpful resource for both patients and the Ravive team. Outside of work, Brigitte is a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and flavors, staying active at the gym, and diving into self-growth books. One of her favorites is Atomic Habits by James Clear, which inspires her to keep growing both personally and professionally.

Robin Dackman

Robin Dackman is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and patient advocate at Ravive Plastic Surgery, guiding patients through every step of their aesthetic journey with empathy and clarity.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare and patient education, Robin believes every patient is unique and deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered when making important decisions about their care. She provides personalized support on procedure options, the surgical process from beginning to end, and financial planning, helping give patients a voice in their journey.

Robin’s passion for aesthetics began as a Director at a premier destination spa in Dallas, where she later founded an award-winning cosmetic and skincare company. These experiences deepened her understanding of beauty, wellness, and the transformative power of feeling confident in your own skin. She’s known for her ability to build meaningful relationships and her commitment to making every patient feel valued and supported.

What Robin loves most about Ravive is the incredible team and their shared dedication to Dr. Bhat’s patient-centered philosophy.

Based in Hyde Park with her family and German Shepherd, Jack, Robin enjoys walks along Bayshore, afternoon coffees at local cafés, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Ankit Bavishi

Ankit is the Director at Ravive Plastic Surgery, where he oversees the practice’s operations, strategy, and growth. With a background in investment banking and a passion for building businesses, he works behind the scenes to ensure the practice runs seamlessly and patients have an exceptional experience from their first call to their follow-up visits.

Outside of work, Ankit enjoys traveling with his family, discovering new restaurants around Tampa, and staying active. He’s always looking for ways to bring innovation and efficiency to the practice while keeping the patient experience at the heart of everything Ravive does.
